Your challenge

As Business Lead, you are ultimately responsible for Savant’s results.

You are responsible for the commercial growth of the label, achieving revenue, margin, and KPI targets, and developing a high-performing team. Together with Client Advisors, learning specialists, Bid Management, Resource Planning, and the Group Moovs management team, you will build a label that continues to grow, innovate, and create impact for clients.

As Business Lead, you will lead four key areas

Grow the Business

You drive commercial growth by managing revenue, margins, KPIs, forecasts, propositions, and new market opportunities.

Grow the Team

You build a high-performing team that continuously learns, innovates, and improves together. You develop professionals, encourage ownership, and create a culture where expertise, collaboration, and client impact are central.

You ensure that both individual talents and the team as a whole continue to grow, enabling commercial objectives to be achieved and clients to experience the quality Savant stands for.

Grow the Customer

You build sustainable client relationships. You understand the challenges clients face, identify commercial opportunities, and ensure that Savant remains a distinctive and trusted partner in learning, development, and organisational development.

Grow the Organisation

You strengthen the organisation by improving collaboration, making processes smarter, and continuously building quality, innovation, and scalability.

You are someone who...

What you bring

• A bachelor’s or master’s level of thinking and working.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in consultancy, Learning & Development, organisational development, or professional services.
• Demonstrable experience in successfully leading, developing, and growing a professional team.
• Experience in achieving commercial targets, revenue growth, forecasting, and KPI management.
• An affinity for Learning & Development, educational sciences, and organisational development.
• An entrepreneurial and coaching leadership style.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written, is required.
