Your role as a Consultant L&D

You will become an essential part of the development and implementation of innovative learning interventions. This includes:

• Brainstorming with clients and colleagues about personalised, data-driven, and social learning.
• Translating learning concepts and strategies into effective digital learning solutions.
• Working collaboratively on projects across a range of sectors, from government to private businesses.

In addition, you will work on:

• Analysing and solving complex learning and development challenges.
• Building and strengthening your network within the Learning & Development field.
• Sharing knowledge with colleagues and clients.
• Keeping up with trends and developments in learning technology

What are we looking for?

You have a passion for learning and recognise yourself in the following qualities:

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Educational Sciences, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear solutions.
• Strong communication skills and experience in an advisory role.
• Experience with, or an affinity for, digital learning solutions and technologies.
• An entrepreneurial and curious mindset, with a genuine enjoyment of working with clients and colleagues.
• We welcome both medior and senior professionals.
