Would you like to learn the profession of trainer and consultant through hands-on experience? At Group Moovs, you’ll work on leadership, culture and behaviour across a wide range of organisations, from retail and professional services to government and healthcare.
You’ll start as a trainer and facilitator. During your first month, you’ll spend plenty of time observing experienced trainers and getting to know our programmes. After that, you’ll learn primarily by doing: preparing sessions and facilitating training programmes. How quickly you start working independently will depend on your experience.
You’ll also contribute to the development of learning and change programmes and help organise projects. You’ll join client meetings and contribute to proposals, tenders and pitches. As you grow in your role, you’ll take on more responsibility for clients and projects.
You’re at the beginning of your career and preferably have a Master’s degree in Training & Development, Human Resource Development, Organisational Psychology, Educational Sciences, Change Management, or a comparable university degree.
You’re curious about people and organisations, enjoy working with groups, and are a natural communicator and organiser. You take initiative, actively seek feedback, and are interested in leadership, culture, change, as well as new learning concepts, technology and AI. Previous training experience is welcome, but not required.
You’ll learn primarily on the job and take ownership of your own development, with experienced colleagues available to support you and exchange ideas along the way.
We are a training and consultancy firm specialising in leadership, culture, organisational development and learning. We combine behavioural change with innovative learning solutions, data and AI.
